The component proportion of the quartz sand and resin is 80：20. The particle composite materials we used are heat-resistant to 200℃ and with good anti-shock properties. All material reaches food-grade.
Our R&D teams had developed a unique formula through 1283 times repeated tests to solve the problems such as stain, porosity, cracking, color difference, variegated, incomplete filling, uneven patterns during the manufacturing process.
Nylexo sink adopts the High-Temperature Casting Forming Process to manufacture. This production process makes a more density structure of the sink, which achieves a result of scratch-resistant, heat-resistant, and discoloring.
Before the product is packed, we arrange a strict quality inspection, including checks on the sink surface to make sure there are no defects, no bubbles. Weigh each sink and pick out those product not meet the standards.
Every finished product is through the heat-resistant and hardness test. Only a sink is considered to pass the test with boiling water continuously poured into the bowl for hours and withstand a 2 kg steel ball drops from one-meter height several times.
Our standard package is normally one sink put in a carton and using thick styrofoam to protect each corner of the sink. We also provide a customized package according to customers’ requirements.
